KATE MOSS HAS NEW CLOTHING LINE

Kate Moss will pose as a real-life mannequin when she launches her new clothing range. Kate will model her new line in the shop window of Topshop's flagship London store on May 1, the day her range hits the rails. A source told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "Kate plans to pose as a mannequin. Her biggest problem will be not laughing. When the red curtain is drawn back and Kate has been seen in some of her items, the doors will open and the outfits will officially go on sale."Kate recently admitted she is not easy to work with.The 33-year-old beauty, who received a reported $6 million from the highstreet chain, revealed she is a perfectionist and always speaks her mind. She said: "Topshop haven't said no to anything I wanted to do. I've said,'This isn't good enough', or 'This fabric doesn't feel right, it's too stiff', or 'This leather is too shiny, it needs to be more matt' and they have done it."Kate - who admits she isn't a natural fashion designer - agreed to work withTopshop because she was fed up of people copying her style. She said: "I can't sketch and I can't make clothes. I think they kind ofcopy me sometimes. I mean, I'm sure they do it with a lot of people, but I do notice with me, they do it so quickly and they do it so well. So I said,'I could give you my stamp, and you could get It direct.' I can't wait to see people wearing it."

Victoria Beckham and Katie Holmes are to launch a children's clothing line.The pair, who have bonded over their love of fashion and motherhood, are planning to combine their skills and passions by designing their own range for children. A source told Britain's Daily Express newspaper: "They are both really excited about this new project. Katie recently sketched out some designs for a party dress for Suri's first birthday and Victoria saw there was the potential there for the two of them to come up with some great designs."As they are both mothers who love fashion, it couldn't have been more ideal for them."Victoria, 32 - who is mother to sons Brooklyn, eight, Romeo, six, and Cruz,two - already has her own jeans and designer sunglasses range. Katie, 27, and husband Tom Cruise's daughter, Suri, will turn one next month. Since Victoria and David announced their upcoming move to Los Angeles,Victoria and former 'Dawson's Creek' star Katie have become very close, attending fashion events together.

Sarah Jessica Parker is launching her own clothing line.The former 'Sex and the City' star presented her new design range Bitten during a private lunch at New York restaurant Indochine on Monday. A source told the New York Post newspaper: "It is similar to the Olsen twins' adult line, The Row. Sarah is planning to sell the line to Steve and Barry's for somewhere between $1 million and $5 million."Steve and Barry's is a popular US high street chain. Its flagship store is in New York's Manhattan Mall.The collection will include jeans, lingerie, casual wear and accessories with prices ranging from $7.98 to $14.98. Sarah, 41, achieved fashion icon status after playing newspaper columnist Carrie in hit US comedy 'Sex and the City' with an experimental style including tutus, name-plate necklaces and a passion for Jimmy Choo and Manolo Blahnik shoes.
